POLICIES 

I appreciate your support & business. For me to best serve my clients, please read over and be advised of booking & cancellation policies.

APPOINTMENTS

PLEASE arrive at your booked appointment time and NO EARLIER than 5 minutes as I may be with a client. If you find yourself early and sitting in your vehicle, feel free to send a quick text to see if I am able to take you a bit earlier.


👉🏼 If you are running late please let me know. Depending on how late you are I may have to alter your service time or reschedule you if I do not have enough time to do the service. If I feel I still have time to do the altered service, you will still be charged the full service price. 
 

 

ILLNESS

REMINDER to please RESCHEDULE  if you are feeling SICK or just getting over an ILLNESS. If a client shows up sick for their appointment it will be cancelled immediately and the service fee will be charged.

In order to keep my home & studio cold/flu free please do not come in if you are sick.  Please contact me as soon as you feel something coming and rebooked.
If I get sick I can't work and I’ll have to cancel all my clients services until I feel better.

Stay home, rest and feel better. Your service will be much more relaxing once you feel like yourself again.

 

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

PLEASE NOTE,  for my clients and my protection I cannot provide services on clients with skin conditions that are highly contagious such as nail FUNGAL infections or WARTS. As well as any open bleeding CUTS, WOUNDS or skin INFECTIONS. You will need to be cleared from a doctor and have a doctor's note before booking another service.


RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING OR NO SHOW 


As a courtesy, please remember to contact me if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I require 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. If notice is less than 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 or 50% off the service price if it is over $25,  which will need to be paid for before your next visit.

No show/no call appointments will be required to pay the full amount of service before next service is booked.

Repeat no show appointments or less than 24 hour cancellation appointments will be required to pay 50% fee (non-refundable) of their next service booked prior to appointment day.
👉🏼 I understand things come up, please contact me so we can discuss it and come up with something.

Time is important to everyone which is why I need to follow a 24 hour cancellation policy.

GIFTCARDS

 

Giftcards do not expire, however if there is an increase in service prices before the giftcard is used there will be a charge for the difference. 

 

Gift cards are not transferable,  not redeemed for cash back and will not be combined with any other vouchers, discounts or specials. If they are lost or stolen a replacement will not be provided. It’s up to the giftcard holder to keep it in their possession. 

 

If a client books an appointment and does not show up, the amount of the service will come off the total of the gift card.

 

 

DONATIONS

Any donated gift cards from Ashley Laura Esthetics expire 3 months after the event. Expiry is written on back of card. Non transferable, no exchanges for cash back, will not be combined with any other vouchers, discounts or specials. 

If they are lost or stolen a replacement will not be provided. 

 

If you book an appointment and do not show up, the amount of the service will come off the total of the gift card.
